As of 2nd August 2021, you'll notice a change to your privacy options in
the Sodexo Reward Hub if you're registered with a personal email
address.
|

|
The updated privacy options allow you to choose whether or not Sodexo
can use your registered personal email address to contact you, rather than
sending written letters in the post. If you choose to allow us to
contact you by email, we'll only send you information about HR related
matters (e.g. HR matters specific to you, such as a new policy, or
changes to terms and conditions).

Changing how we communicate with colleagues helps us reach you more
efficiently and supports our drive to reduce our carbon footprint.
|

To review/select your preferences:
- Log on to Reward Hub.
- Click on the profile icon on the grey main menu. If you're on a
mobile, click the three lines in the top right-hand corner first
to view the main menu.
- Click the "Email Preferences" tab.
- Tick/untick the boxes to select your preferences.
- Click the "Change email preferences" button to save changes.

You'll see you also have the option to tick a box to hear about our new
colleague app, Poppulo, where you'll find Sodexo news, jobs,
competitions and more. If you tick this box, we'll send you an email
with instructions about how to download the app.

Please note: if you don't opt-in for communications, we'll be unable to
contact you by email with important information and updates. If you
change your mind at any time, you can go back to your profile page and
update your preferences.
